Berjarak\u00a0\u00a0 60 km dari ibukota kabupaten, gampong ini menjadi sorotan karena telah berhasil mengembangkan jaringan distribusi hingga gampong tetangga.<\/p>\n<p>Siang itu kami bergerak menuju gampong penerima Pamsimas tahun 2015 ini, daerah yang sangat asri dikelilingi persawahan. Layaknya topografi daerah di Kecamatan Kuta Blang, gampong ini berada di daerah dataran.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak salah memang, begitu menginjakkan kaki di gampong tersebut, berbangga hati ini melihat masyarakat sedang mengambil air untuk memasak langsung dari kran yang berada di halaman rumah mereka. Sekelompok masyarakat ternyata sudah berkumpul di pondok tepi sawah menyambut kami.<\/p>\n<p><em>Keuchik <\/em>(Kepala Desa) Crueng Kumbang, M. Daud Alibasyah didampingi Ketua BPSPAMS, Bachtiar menyampaikan bahwa sambungan rumah di gampong ini sudah 100% dan semuanya bermeteran. Ada 165 KK yang menikmati air Pamsimas dan dari iuran, BPSPAMS sudah bisa mandiri dalam mengelola sarana.<\/p>\n<p>Bachtiar menambahkan,\u201d<em>Air Pamsimas kita juga sudah dimanfaatkan oleh Gampong Paloh Dama yang merupakan tetangga gampong kami <\/em>\u201c. Ada 25 sambungan rumah (SR) disana yang telah dikembangkan oleh BPSPAMS Crueng Kumbang.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan itu <em>District Coordinator<\/em> (DC) Kabupaten Bireuen, Novaliadi bersama Co-DC, Salman Nurdin menyampaikan bahwa keberlanjutan merupakan hal yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam melaksanakan advokasi kepada pemda sehingga di tahun ini seluruh desa keberlanjutan di Kabupaten Bireuen berfungsi dan beriuran semuanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Ritahayati, ST selaku Ka.Satker PIP Kabupaten Bireuen menegaskan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bireuen berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan akses air minum masyarakat, tahun ini Bireuen mengikuti Hibah Air Minum Pedesaan (HAMP), selain itu untuk peningkatan kapasitas pengelola sarana air minum, kami melakukan koordinasi dengan OPD lainnya agar konsistensi pelayanan kepada masyarakat tetap stabil atau bahkan lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p>Hari telah sore, kami melangkah pulang dengan rasa bahagia. Wajah bahagia masyarakat masih terbayang di pelupuk mata.
